Tactical Wireless Multi Hop Networks

In this research area we work on the design and robust operation of wireless communication systems in tactical scenarios. Here a reasonable wired communication infrastructure either has been destroyed or never has been deployed. This is a typical scenario for wireless multi hop networks: Both civil and military units require robust and fail-safe communication systems.
Related Teaching
Each winter term, we offer a lecture "High Performance Networking" and each summer term the lectures "Mobile Communication" and "Network Security" which are related to this field. We also offer labs, project groups and seminars.
